Dana is friendly and helpful with suggestions and easy to work with! We were able to get her assistance while out of the country for confirmations. She truly wants her clients to have the best service and experience when they are traveling. She recommended a tasting tour in Rome which was our favorite tour there! She listens to what we wanted to do and made arrangements for the fantastic hotels and for the drivers! We had a fabulous and smooth trip because of her fantastic connections and planning skills! Everything about our trip felt easy.
Our flights and travel to our destination were so smooth and just as we expected. Our resort was clean, had good food, and excellent service. Hawaii Bucket-list Trip Success!!
Working with Dana to pull off a Hawaii trip was great! It was our first time using a travel agent, and we're so glad we did. Dana was super easy to work with and was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. She created a starting itinerary that fit our style and price range, and she was flexible regarding tweaks we wanted from there. Her recommendations regarding activities were spot on. The night time manta ray snorkel was a highlight of the trip, and we wouldn't have done it without her recommendation. We're also incredibly thankful that she recommended travelers insurance. The volcano on the Big Island erupted the week before we were scheduled to leave, and because we had travelers insurance, we were able to postpone the trip a few months until it was safe to go, at no additional cost to us. Dana took care of all the work of rescheduling everything and was incredibly patient through it all. Overall, the trip was a huge success, in part thanks to Dana!

We have been working with Dana now for six years (6 trips to various places (with kids) in MX and the D.R.).
